Recycle, reuse and repair. Tunbridge Wells now has a Repair Café where you can take your broken items. There are volunteers repairing anything from zips, furniture, jewellery, bicycles and electrical items. The next one is tomorrow at The Trinity Theatre from 9.30 to 1pm. It is sad that since the first lockdown, some of the council tips are restricting access to appointment only.
I understand the need for the safety of staff but the local authorities need to find a way to open up
and allow access. This would increase re cycling and decrease fly tipping.
